On Thursday, October 17th, the members of the Adult Reading Club had the pleasure of engaging in an online discussion with the renowned author Sofia Voikou. They shared their thoughts and emotions and posed questions about her literary work. The author spoke about personal experiences that inspired her, beloved places that motivated her to write, her deep passion for the science of history, and the characters she crafted with care and understanding.
The members were impressed by the themes, historical elements, emotions, and vivid descriptions, all harmoniously presented in her works. They expressed admiration for the determination of her heroines, their passions, weaknesses, betrayals, and sacrifices.
