On Friday, February 16th, we welcomed the students of the 3rd grade of the 2nd Gymnasium of Kalambaka to the Library. The visit took place within the framework of School Vocational Orientation, aiming to inform the students about the profession of librarian and the corresponding studies in tertiary education departments:
- Department of Library Science, Archival Studies, and Information Systems, International Hellenic University
- Department of Archival Studies, Library Science, and Information Systems, University of West Attica
- Department of Archival Studies, Library Science & Museology, Ionian University
Subsequently, a detailed presentation was given on basic library functions, followed by a discussion with the children about their preferred schools and interests.
