On the morning of Wednesday, January 29, we had the pleasure of welcoming the children of Kastraki Primary School.
During their visit, our young friends were given a tour of the two levels of the Library and then learned about the profession of a librarian and how to search for book titles in the catalog. They were also introduced to the Library’s robotics programs by exploring one of its educational kits and reviewed their lessons using educational applications on the interactive screen.
At the end of their visit, they discovered Cycladic culture by engaging with suitcases containing faithful replicas of Cycladic figurines. They all left excited, holding membership applications to join the Library!
