Visit of the Primary School of Pigi in Trikala

On Wednesday, 16/10/2024, the students of the 1st till 6th grade of the Primary School of Pigi, Trikala, will visit the Library.

The students will learn about the history of the Library and its various sections (the operation of the Reading Room, book lending, the children’s section, etc.) and will have a tour of the premises.

Afterwards, they will engage with educational applications for a better understanding and practice of the subjects they are being taught: mathematical concepts, language, objects, environment, etc., using the Library’s interactive whiteboard.

Finally, the young students will be introduced to the world of robotics with the corresponding educational kits available in the Library’s collection.
