On Wednesday, November 18, a 2D animation workshop will be held in collaboration with the UTech Lab of the Eugenides Foundation.

 

The art of 2D animation brings characters, objects and whole worlds to life in front of the viewers' eyes. Participants turn into animators and discover the techniques of 2D animation, the ways it is created, its basic principles and the terminology used by industry professionals. Then, with the use of appropriate software, they experiment with the creation of the well-known "bouncing ball animation" using techniques such as tweening and onion skinning.
