On Thursday, March 16, the meeting of the Adult Reading Club will take place on the theme of the work of the great writer Nikos Kazantzakis. Novelist, poet, playwright, journalist, philosopher and politician gained worldwide fame and is the most translated contemporary Greek author.
Through the works "Life and State of Alexis Zorba" (1946), "Captain Michael" (1953), "Christ ReCrucified" (1954), "The Last Temptation" (1955) and others, the members will try to get to know the universal writer, who is tormented by metaphysical and existential anxieties and will express feelings and opinions about his rich writing work.
