Mr. Apostolos Εliopoulos is the Director of Emergency Planning at the Department of Licenses and Inspections in Philadelphia (PA), an Adjunct Professor at Stratford and IGlobal Universities, and has served as the General Director and Chief of Police of the Metropolitan Police Department of Informatics. He is the Vice Chairman of KDK and has over 40 years of international experience in Business Organization and Management and Informatics with an emphasis on the areas of public safety, health, airlines and defense.
 
Mr. Eliopoulos will discuss scenarios of the effects of the COVID pandemic on public safety and the necessary geopolitical approach to protection from the next pandemic of Disease X, on Sunday, April 26, 7:00 p.m.
