On Thursday 2 June 19:00 we will have the pleasure to host at the Library the well-known and much loved by the public Mr. Lakis Lazopoulos, on the occasion of the publication of his book "Other women are wearing your dresses".

Through the pages of his book, Mr. Lazopoulos tells the story of his beloved wife Tasoula's struggle with cancer. As he says: "It's a beast that you can't tame. You only have one hope. For the beast to take pity on you and let you go." In the text, the author emotionally bares himself to his readers, sharing with them memories of his acquaintance, relationship and life together with his wife and describing moments, sometimes pleasant and sometimes unpleasant, that are etched in his memory and heart.

It is a testimony of the soul, a jumble of emotions and his wife's wish that her dresses be given to the prisoners of Korydallos, which was to become the title of his book.
