On Thursday, December 10 at 6:00 p.m. an online conference will be held on the digital Zoom platform on the subject of game development. The speaker of the teleconference will be Mr. Mike Papagathangelou, co-founder and Lead Game Designer of the company Traptics, which started as a start-up company based in Athens focusing on developing video games.

 

The presentation will include an introduction to the basic building blocks of a video game, myths and truths surrounding game development, as well as references to its rapid development both in Greece and abroad.

 

In recent years the video game has begun to be used for various purposes, advertising, educational, business, and has ceased to be considered a "bad way of entertainment".
