Educational and cultural activities are offered in the Library, the communities comprising Meteora Municipality, as well as at a national and international level.
The Kalambaka Library in collaboration with the Kalambaka Vocational School of Woodcarving and Furniture Design offer a series of seminars. The third workshop will combine the art of painting with the art of wood carving where children are asked to liven up wooden constructions using tempera colors using a brush or even fingers more freely. The materials that will be used are ready-turned – shaped fish, tempera colors – brushes and plenty of kitchen paper for cleaning! Pre-registration required. Ages 9 – 12.
