Operation Panther struck a total of about 32 settlements from the Vlachochoria of Pindos and aimed to regain control of the road axes Trikala - Ioannina and Arta - Ioannina, which were controlled by the guerrilla groups of ELAS and EDES respectively. The reason for my research was my participation in politics and current public life issues of my village.
