Members learned about the history and evolution of Greek Comics from their beginnings until today. Their roots date back to the interwar period, while the 1980s are a milestone for Greek cartooning.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>After studying the sketches of important Greek artists, such as Leandros, Soloup, Tomek, Michael Dialynas and Giannis Kalaitzis, the participants had the opportunity to talk to the unconventional cartoonist from Thessaloniki, Stavros Kioutsiouki. Mr. Kioutsioukis first talked about the characteristics of the &#8220;Comic strip&#8221;, ie the continuous sequence of images in frames, and then analyzed the way he designs his comics. He then answered questions from attendees about the profession and expressed the difficulties that can be faced by someone who is only involved in creating comics, which often affect his livelihood needs.
