We talked to the children about the religious, but also national holiday and what they mean for our country. We talked about the struggle of the Greeks for freedom, while the students talked about their favorite heroes of 1821. Then, the children made their own Greek flag with plasticine, after first analyzing its symbolism and the meaning of the 9 lines.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 13.008px;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 13.008px;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:lucida sans unicode,lucida grande,sans-serif;\">We thank the teachers of the School, as well as the Principal Mrs. Maggera Harris for the collaboration.
