Reference was made to texts and books that became symbols of struggles, freedom and truth. Excerpts of the author&#8217;s interviews with Costas Gavras, who brought Vassilis Vassilikos Z&#8217;s iconic work to the big screen, were screened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendees expressed opinions about his writing activity, his writing style, and the social and political issues from which he draws his themes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prize-winning Greek author, one of the most famous worldwide, was one of the ten most translated Greek authors. He had written novels, short stories, plays and poetry. His books have been translated into 33 languages, including Braille.
