The Library owns a modern tool for celestial bodies’ observation. It is 10 inches aperture catadioptric telescope -powerful and highly precise- which is accessible to all ambitious amateur astronomers and astrophotographers. It provides sharp images of stars without a coma to a point that reaches the levels of an observatory.

This optical system offers high image quality that some years ago was only found in large telescopes in scientific observatories. The telescope’s equipment consists of a wide range of eyepieces and filters, and a special camera with the necessary software.

Since 2017, solar sphere observation activities and stargazing nights have been organized for students even in remote mountain areas.
