On Thursday, March 19th, in honor of World Poetry Day (March 21st), the Library was filled with words and emotions through the creative event “Spreading Joy” (To aploma tis haras), coordinated by author Dimitra Dianellou.
The goal of the initiative was to nurture imagination, enhance creative expression, and foster a love for poetic language. During the event, participants recited poems from the author’s book, “Let it be Divolisma” (Divolisma as ginei), discovering the joy of expression and the power of words.
The celebration concluded with a lucky draw, where one child won a signed copy of the book. The Library remains committed to supporting actions that promote culture and the love of reading, encouraging people of all ages to explore the world of books and creative expression.
