On Monday, March 23, an educational visit was held for the students of the Trikala School of Higher Vocational Training (S.A.E.K.), specifically from the Early Childhood Educators’ Assistants department, at the Library.
During the visit, students were given a guided tour of the facilities and were informed about the library’s services, educational programs, and the various ways to utilize the digital tools offered to the public.
Participants had the opportunity to explore the library’s modern services and familiarize themselves with its digital character. In particular, a presentation was given on the library’s website and the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), through which users can search for books and other materials easily and efficiently.
The visit concluded with a discussion and exchange of ideas, highlighting the importance of information literacy and access to information for future professionals in the field of early childhood education.
