Students from the 5th Grade of Kalampaka’s 2nd Primary School, along with 2nd and 3rd Grade students from the 5th Primary School, visited the Library on Wednesday, February 18th. The visit took place as part of the brown bear information and awareness events organized by the University of Thessaly.
These actions are implemented within the framework of the European project “Life Bear Smart Corridors,” titled “Promoting the sustainability of brown bear populations in Central Italy and Greece through the development of coexistence corridors.”
During the event, students watched a puppet show by the “Vyssinokipos” Puppet Theater titled “Quiet… the brown bear will wake up,” through which they learned about the importance of environmental protection in an experiential and engaging way.
