On Friday, August 8, the Library visited the village of Agiofyllo to carry out yet another joyful and creative activity, as part of the Summer Reading and Creativity Campaign 2025.
Through games, storytelling, and hands-on activities, the children traveled into the world of folk literature, discovered the power of imagination in stories, and explored how folk beliefs and superstitions still influence our daily lives today.
During the workshop, the children came into contact with legends and sayings from older generations, and through discussion and creative expression, they learned to distinguish science from superstition—cultivating their critical thinking with humor and imagination.
We warmly thank the village president, Mr. Efthymis Karagiannis, and the residents for their kind hospitality.
