With a large turnout, the presentation of the book “Families KALAMPAKA-DONTA-ZOGRAFOU” by Zina Zografou-Karachristou was successfully completed at the Library.

On Thursday, January 30, the Library, in collaboration with the Cultural Association of Kalambaka “The Meteora,” organized the presentation of the book “Families: Kalambaka, Donta, Zografou – Politicians and Painters in Thessaly (18th-20th Century)” by author Zina Zografou Karachristou, published by Asini in 2024.

The event was moderated by educator Ms. Kiki Koutsogianni, who engaged in a discussion with the author about the outcome of the decade-long research presented in the book. The book is divided into three parts, analyzing prominent families of Thessaly—specifically the Kalambaka, Donta, and Zografou families—who played a significant role in the region.

We thank everyone who attended and look forward to more such collaborations in the future!
