An evening dedicated to the Moon

With a great turnout from the public, the event focusing on the Moon and night-sky observation took place on Thursday, August 21st.

Young and old alike had the opportunity to observe the Moon through the Library’s telescope, learn more about its surface, and discover fascinating facts about the characteristics, morphology, and special secrets of our natural satellite.

The event was a unique astronomical observation experience, combining knowledge with entertainment and direct connection with the night sky.

The public’s participation and strong interest in observing the Moon demonstrated once again the potential of events that bring science closer to everyone.
