The educational seminar organized by the Trikala Chamber of Commerce titled “Customer Service in Retail, Catering, and Tourism” took place on Thursday, April 23, drawing significant interest and active participation. The event was hosted at the Library as part of the growing collaboration between the two organizations.
A brief greeting was delivered by the President of the Trikala Chamber, Mr. Konstantinos Papaefthymiou, while an active role in the proceedings was also taken by the President of the Kalabaka Trade Association, Mr. Sotiris Poulios, as well as members of the Chamber’s Board, Messrs. Stefanos Vaiopoulos, Orestis Moustakidis, and Spyros Nikologiannis.
The keynote speaker was Mr. Christos Loukas, Business Consultant and Executive Trainer, who presented modern customer service practices in a direct and engaging manner, fostering a pleasant and creative atmosphere of interaction with the participants.
The Trikala Chamber of Commerce would like to thank Mr. Giannis Zisimatos and Mr. Stavros Zisimatos, Business Consultants and co-founders of Zisimatos Management (fbsolutions.gr), for their contribution to the implementation of this year’s educational program within the framework of the company’s corporate social responsibility.
The seminar is part of the “Level Up Your Business” educational series implemented by the Business Training Center of the Trikala Chamber, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs and executives in the local market.
