On Friday, June 28, the workshop of the Summer Reading and Creativity Campaign 2024, titled “The Journey of Survival,” took place. Our young friends embarked on a journey to the past to enrich their knowledge on the topic of prehistoric humans, from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age.
After discussing the early human endeavors in their struggle for survival, such as hunting, makeshift shelters, tool creation, and the discovery of fire, the children created their own handmade accordion-style book on survival. All the children drew or wrote about various aspects, activities, and objects that aid in survival in today’s world and narrated their own “survival journey.”
