Today, the Library visited the village of Kastania where it met its little friends on the occasion of the Summer Campaign activity entitled “Game up to the clouds”. The children welcomed us to their beautiful village, introduced themselves to us, and then we played with them, created and painted.
First, there was a narration of the excerpt from Alki Zei book “The Purple Umbrella” and then a group of children succeeded and flew high through an improvised game! How different is the world from up there?
In this workshop, our little friends played, created and created mental journeys while also building their own unique hot air balloon that took them up to the clouds! Through the game, they cultivated their imaginations and created journeys with their minds! In the end, they left happy and satisfied taking their homemade balloons with them.
