On the afternoon of Thursday, August 1, the Library staff went to the village Agiofyllo in order to carry out the 2019 Summer Reading and Creativity Campaign activity “Imagine…A Suitcase in my Hand and a Book Page as my Ticket.”
After a game of meet and greet, the children designed and drew their own suitcase. Then they chose their favorite books – the pages of which turned into tickets to travel them through adventurous and fantasy worlds.
Finally, the children composed their own incredible stories.
We thank the President of the village for the warm hospitality and tour of the Folklore Museum and the Library.
