On Wednesday, July 24, the activity of the Summer Reading and Creativity Campaign 2019, “The Pillows of my Dreams”, was held in the Library. Initially, we read the book The Cage with Dreams, a story for all those who dream with the eyes of a small child, but as children’s dreams are not always pleasant, we also read the book There Is A Nightmare in My Closet, which teaches children to face their fears.
We then commented on famous paintings showing dreams to inspire children, enrich their thoughts and creativity and express their own concerns.
In the end, they made paper pillows, on which they drew the dreams they want to reach and their desires, and the nightmares and the fears they want to conquer.
