On Friday, July 12, we traveled to Athens during the Golden Age of Pericles.
Initially, our young friends were informed about the political action of Pericles, the Caryatids, the daily life of the Athenians, and debated on the issue of stray animals as the Ancient Greeks would do in the Agora.
In the end, the book Elpiniki: Voices and Whispers at the Acropolis Museum was read, while the children created an Acropolis model with clay and cardboard and discussed today’s Athens.
