10 years of creative progress

With great success and emotion, the event celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Library’s operation took place on Saturday, June 14 — ten years of continuous contribution to education, culture, and the local community through a variety of activities and collaborations.

The President and founder, Mrs. Katerina Dimoula, welcomed the attendees and thanked everyone who supported her vision and contributed to the Library’s ten-year journey. With visible emotion, she spoke about the Library’s path, her collaborators, and the love from the public that has made it a landmark in the region.

The event was honored by the presence and greetings of His Eminence Theoklitos, Metropolitan of Stagon and Meteora, and the Mayor of Meteora, Lefteris Avramopoulos, along with representatives of local institutions, organizations, and a large crowd.

Greeting letters were also sent by the MPs of the N.D. party from the Regional Unit of Trikala — Mr. Kostas Skrekas, Mr. Athanasios Lioutas, and Mrs. Katerina Papakosta — as well as by SYRIZA MP Mrs. Marina Kontotoli. They all congratulated the Library on its long-standing work and wished for continued success and progress.

As part of the celebration, a new Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Library and the Municipality of Meteora, aiming to strengthen and further develop their collaboration over the next five years. This new agreement lays the foundation for even more meaningful and innovative actions to benefit the local community.

The Library remains committed to its values, investing in knowledge, outreach, and collectivity, with its eyes set on the future.

We also thank all the local media outlets for their continued support over the past 10 years.
