The meeting of the Adult Book Club, which took place on Thursday, March 31, was dedicated to books that influenced the modern way of thinking and the view of people towards the world. The members studied masterpieces of world literature, classic and modern, presented the plot and the characters, while focusing mainly on the messages hidden in their pages.
Participants were thrilled with the timelessness of the texts, which address issues such as humanity, belief in ideals and values, the inner strength of people, repentance, atonement, and discussed the strong emotions evoked by reading literary texts. which were quite bold for their time!
