On Thursday, January 11 the Adult Reading Club meeting took place to discuss the writer’s and psychologist’s Maro Vamvounaki work.
The members exchanged views on the author’s poetic style and expressed thoughts and concerns. They were impressed by the way she describes the heroes’ emotions and thoughts, invading their psychology. They agreed that her works penetrate the readers’ inner world, leading them to an inner dialogue to answer deep questions.
The Reading Club’s next meeting will take place on Thursday, February 1 about the unique Yiannis Ritsos’ work.
