On Friday the 13th, in the afternoon, Mr. Menios Sakellaropoulos was at the Kalambaka Library for the presentation of his new book, 16th in a series, entitled “Bitter Milk.” The book, based on a true story, deals with the story of two boys from the Frederickie child-cities of Epirus, one of whom is the collector and creator of the Ali Pasha Museum, Fotis Rapakousis.
It is “a unique journey in the history of Greece, in the years of reign, dictatorship. A true story, through the eyes of the” wild “of Epirus, shocking even the coldest reader”, as noted in the book.
Mr. Sakellaropoulos made an interactive presentation of his book that left no room for anyone as there were people who lived and experienced similar incidents at that time. At the end of the presentation, a Q&A followed as well as an interesting discussion as the subject of the book “awakened memories” to the audience.
