On Thursday, March 21, the presentation of the book First Day at School by School Counselor – Psychologist Dimitris Karathanou took place at the Library.
The book was introduced by pharmacist Maria Piniara and teacher Kiki Koutsoyianni – Laitsa, presenting it from the side of the parent and teacher respectively.
The audience had the opportunity to learn how this book can become a valuable guide to supporting the parent and managing school life.
Then the author of the book, Mr Karathanos, spoke more extensively about the book and referred to parental questions such as (1) How will I prepare my child for school life? (2) How will he/she love school? (3) How can I communicate better with my child’s teachers?
Finally, a discussion took place and the author signed copies of his book.
