With the slogan “United Libraries”, the Summer Reading and Creativity Campaign, organized by the Network of Greek Libraries of the National Library of Greece, has come to an end.
With our little readers, we met two important and beloved authors, Alki Zei and George Sari, who celebrated their 100th anniversary this year. Through their books we traveled to different parts of the world, followed their path, learned about their life and work and above all about their steadfast friendship. We talked about our reading experiences, new friendships, adventures and carefree times we had during the summer! We shared memories in the form of comics, played games and admired the creations of the KE 2023 children.
The Library, like every year, this year also held children’s workshops in villages of the Municipality of Meteora, offering joy and creativity to more children. We would like to thank the Presidents of the villages of Agiofyllo, Glykomilia, Kastania, Panagia and Theopetra for the cooperation, as well as all the children who participated, for the beautiful moments!
