Temporary exhibition on the impacts of artificial intelligence on our online life until February 20

The Library will hold an exhibition titled “Supercharged by AI”.  The exhibition focuses on a new creative intervention regarding the impacts of artificial intelligence on our online lives.

The event is organized in collaboration with the Association of Greek Librarians and Information Scientists and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA). It will be hosted at the Kalambaka Library from February 3 to February 20.

As part of this initiative, six (6) exhibitions will take place in various libraries across Greece. The participating libraries include:

• Kalambaka Library
• Piraeus Municipal Library
• Thessaloniki Municipal Library
• University of Macedonia Library
• Chios Public Library (Korais)
• Library of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (ELMEPA)

The exhibitions aim to inform and raise public awareness about digital literacy and strategies to combat online harassment. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore scenarios of online harassment and become familiar with methods to address them effectively.

Admission is free for the public during the Library’s everyday opening hours.
