Celebrating World Poetry Day at the Library

On the occasion of World Poetry Day, we invite children and parents to a unique event filled with emotion, imagination, and creativity. Join us as we play the game “The Spreading of Joy” and journey from the “heaviness” to the “lightness” of the soul!

We are honored to host author Dimitra Dianellou, who will guide us through a spiritual “tilling” (divolisma): a process of cleansing the soul to plant the seeds of poetry.

Event Details:

• When: March 19th, at 6:00 p.m.

• Where: Kalampaka Library .

• Who: Children aged 5+ and their parents.

• The Experience: We will all recite poems from the author’s book—49 poems that celebrate rural life, the value of friendship, the environment, and its natural beauty!
