Basic Communication Skills in English Language (Beginners)

The educational program Basic Communication Skills in English is related to all age adult groups with little or no knowledge of the English language and culture.

The workshop’s anticipated results for the participants are:

• Understanding the meaning of a simple, clear and short message as well as words that are frequently used and related to the individual, family, purchases, work, etc.
• Reading a simple and short text, finding specific information in a brief text, such as restaurant menus, public transports arrival and departure time brochures.
• Communicating in everyday situations where they need to exchange simple information about activities.
• Having very short conversations, even if they generally don’t understand enough to follow a conversation.
• Writing notes and messages in a simple and short way.
