On Monday, June 22 at 12:00 p.m., a creative workshop introducing young children to the magical world of books will take place. Guided by imagination and play, the young participants will explore the questions: “What might be hidden in the view from the window?” and “What do books and windows have in common?”

The objectives of the workshop are:

  • to familiarize young children with the library environment through play and interaction with their accompanying adult;
  • to discover the book as a physical object through the senses (touch, sight, weight, and size) and to approach it in a playful way;
  • to foster imagination and oral expression through observing images, creating sounds, and composing simple stories;
  • to strengthen the child–adult relationship through shared reading, play, and creative activities;
  • to develop basic motor and creative skills through movement-based games and artistic expression.

The activity is intended for children aged 3 years and older. The presence and accompaniment of an adult are required.

The Library invites parents and children to share a special experience filled with imagination, creativity, and a love of books, discovering together new worlds hidden behind every page.
