SC2026: My hero, myself

On Friday, July 17, at 11:00 a.m., as part of the 2026 Summer Campaign, a workshop titled “My hero, myself” will take place. This creative activity invites children to explore the world of literature through the heroes of their favorite stories.

Workshop Objectives:

• To help children realize the unique way each person connects with different stories and heroes.

• To find common points of interest with other children of their age.

• To introduce them to heroes and books from various literary genres.

• To allow them to experiment with the fundamental characteristics of storytelling.

• To develop their creative thinking and imagination.

• To cultivate empathy by identifying with literary heroes.

The workshop aspires to strengthen children’s relationship with books, highlight the importance of literature as a means of expressing and understanding oneself and others, and offer a distinct experience of creativity and collaboration.
