Little Scientists, Big Ideas: Experiential STEAM Workshop at the Library

Library & Wabi Sabi Lab invites our young friends to a pioneering, creative workshop that combines science, the environment, and imagination.

Titled “Little Scientists, Big Ideas,” this experiential STEAM program introduces children to the exciting world of biomaterials, circular economy, and environmental education through play and discovery. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to get up close with natural and biodegradable materials through an innovative “Materials Library,” opening an important dialogue about sustainability and the redesign of everyday objects. The experience culminates in a highly creative experiment where children will get their hands dirty in the most fun way possible, crafting their very own yarn from seaweed!

The event will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 11:00 to 13:00, at the Library.

This initiative is co-organized by Wabi Sabi Lab and the Library.

Since the maximum number of participants is limited to strictly 15 children, early booking is required.
