Speech by the Assistant Professor of Mineralogy – Petrology of the Agricultural University of Athens, Dr. Yiannis Baziotis

On Tuesday, January 24, the lecture of the Assistant Professor of Mineralogy – Petrology of the Agricultural University of Athens, Dr. Yiannis Baziotis on the search for space materials in meteorites from Antarctica.

Dr. Baziotis, one of eight scientists selected by NASA in 2017 for a mission to Antarctica, will talk about the importance of meteorites and their importance for humanity and how they help us understand our solar system.
