Children’s workshop on the Greek Revolution against Ottoman Empire in 1821

On Friday, March 22 at 3 p.m. a children’s workshop will be hosted on the March 25 celebration. The children will learn the dual importance for all Greeks, while through various communicative and interdisciplinary activities they will practice their attention, memory, observation and language skills.

During the workshop, Capodistrias Museum kit Traveling with Ioannis Capodistrias will be used so that children can perceive the first Governor of Greece and great European politician’s life and work.

In addition, they will be aware of the Greek Revolution’s important events and personalities, they will appreciate the Annunciation meaning and the Archangel Michael message, they will talk about their favorite heroes and, finally, they will make their own crafts!
