Stargazing the Moon: A Special Night at the Library

Library, in collaboration with Dr. Aristeidis Sfeikos, is organizing a special evening dedicated to the Moon and its secrets, on Wednesday, May 27th at 9:00 p.m.

Participants will have the opportunity to observe the Moon through the Library’s telescope and get to know Earth’s natural satellite better through an interesting and accessible presentation.

Prior to the observation, Dr. Sfeikos will discuss the creation of the Moon, its relationship with Earth, as well as its unique features, explaining the lunar and cosmic world in a simple and understandable way.

The event is open to people of all ages and aims to bring the public closer to the mysteries of the sky through knowledge, observation, and exploration.
