The emergence, evolution, and future prospects of Artificial Intelligence are not merely linked to a specific philosophical development in the West. They are deeply interconnected with a fascinating mutation of the modern psyche, which leads to a significant shift in the self-understanding of contemporary human beings and the nature of their social and personal relationships today.
Biographical note
Fr. Nikolaos Loudovikos studied Psychology, Pedagogy, Theology, Philosophy, and the History of Religions in Athens, Thessaloniki, Paris, and Cambridge. He served as Professor of Dogmatics and Philosophy at the University Ecclesiastical Academy of Thessaloniki and subsequently as Professor at the University Ecclesiastical Academy of Athens.
He has delivered lectures and seminars at more than 25 universities worldwide. Currently, he is Professor of Religious Studies and Hermeneutics of Religion at the University of Ioannina, while also serving as a Visiting Professor at the University of Balamand and the Institute for Orthodox Christian Studies in Cambridge.
He is the Senior Editor of the international English-language academic journal Analogia: The Pemptousia Journal for Theological Studies. To date, he has published twenty-one books and numerous articles, which have been translated into ten languages.
