As artificial intelligence rapidly integrates into everyday life, from personalized recommendations and smart assistants to decision-making systems in healthcare, finance, and education, it is reshaping how individuals interact with technology and society at large. While these advancements offer unprecedented convenience and efficiency, they also raise critical ethical concerns related to privacy, bias, accountability, transparency, and human autonomy. This talk explores the ethical dimensions of AI as experienced in daily life, moving beyond theoretical debates to practical, real-world implications. It will examine how algorithmic bias can reinforce social inequalities, how data-driven systems challenge traditional notions of privacy, and how increasing reliance on AI may affect human judgment and responsibility. Drawing on current examples and emerging trends, the discussion will also highlight the role of policymakers, technologists, educators, and citizens in fostering responsible AI development and use. Ultimately, the presentation aims to promote awareness and critical thinking about the ethical challenges of AI, while offering actionable insights into how societies can balance innovation with human-centered values in the age of intelligent systems.
