Kinetic Expression Workshop

In the framework of the Program “What if it were you?” implemented by the Panhellenic Network for Theatre in Education, in collaboration with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, the kinetic expression workshop “Oops! I kind of feel…”. One cold night, a grumpy elephant, an angry ant, a happy frog, a frightened monkey, a sad horse, and an excited penguin find refuge in a distant cave, where they meet, share their feelings, and enjoy an amazing dance. We are all strangers. And yet.. A dance will unite us all.

The aim of the kinetic expression workshop is to learn to recognize the physical expression of our emotions in a pleasant way, to learn how we can recognize and manage a strong emotion as a team. The workshop lasts 3 hours (with intermission) and concerns children aged 8-10.
