On Thursday, March 4 at 7:00 pm, there will be a video conference with the famous chef Elias Mamalakis, who will talk to us about the Mediterranean (Cretan) Diet. At the end, the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions about gastronomy and his writing.

Mr. Mamalakis is a Greek economist, cook and presenter. In 1992 he wrote his first book entitled Magirikon [Cooking]. This book paved the way for him to enter culinary journalism. He was a board member in the therapy center for dependent individuals KETHEA for 6 years while he is a WWF ambassador against overfishing. He became especially known to the audience after the presentation of the award-winning shows Stin Kouzina Olotachos [Cooking Full Bore] and Boukia kai Sychorio [Scrumptious down to the Last Bite].
