Adult Reading Club’s Online Discussion with the Author Sofia Voikou

The Adult Reading Club meeting will take place on Thursday, January 16 at 7:00 pm. The members have decided to study the author’s Sofia Voikou work and will have the opportunity to discuss with her, ask their questions and express their views.

Sofia Voikou was born in Thessaloniki. She studied French Philology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and carried out her postgraduate studies in Communication and Culture.

She specifically mentions about literature: “Writing came up suddenly, but literature has existed in my life ever since I remembered myself. I grew up in a house full of books, reading was my personal escape. At one point in my life, when I felt very depressed, I began to write about personal decompression. That’s how my first book was born.”
