Online Guided Tour of the CMS Experiment at CERN

The virtual guided tour of the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) at CERN will offer students, teachers and the wider audience a unique experience to discover the experimental space of CMS. During the tour, the scientists at CERN will interact with the visitors in their native language, and will proceed to explain the science and technology behind the experiment as well as take part in a Q&A. The event will commence at 18:00 with a speech by mr. Vasilis Pappas (Physicist) to the students concerning CERN, in order for them to learn more about it and prepare together the questions they’d like to ask later about the Detector.
