Summer campaign in Kastania: Everything is magic!

In this creative workshop, children will embark on a magical journey into the world of mythology and folklore through the fascinating myth of the sorceress Circe, as told in the Odyssey. Through interactive activities, participants will learn about the stories and spells rooted in our country’s traditions, discovering the magical powers that connect mythology with the everyday life of people in the past.

The goals of the workshop are:

• To learn about the myth of the sorceress Circe and her role in the Odyssey.

• To gather and explore information about spells and magical customs from Greek tradition.

• To become familiar with wordplay through language games and imaginative exercises.

• To understand the deep connection between mythology and folklore, seeing how stories and legends shape our cultural identity.

• To develop their creativity through activities that encourage expression and imagination.
