Summer Campaign: “Say Summer Without Saying Summer!” in Glikomilia

The National Library’s Summer Reading and Creativity Campaign, in which the Library participates, continues and our next stop is Glikomilia.On Friday 28/7/2023 at 10:30 a.m. we will be in Glykomilia with the workshop “Say summer without saying summer!”.

The starting point of this particular workshop are the books O Thisavros tis Vagias [Vagia’s Treasure] by Zorz Sari and A Child from Nowhere by Alki Zei, respectively, since this year’s Summer Campaign is dedicated to the life and work of these two great authors.

The purpose of the workshop is for the children to:

• To get to know the habits of children of other times.
• To come into contact with literature and poetry.
• To copy texts in an artistic way.
• To keep their reading memories.
